Viktoria's headpieces that feature on the website listed as "Made to Order" are available to be ordered via our online shop boutique or in person (by appointment only) in our Sydney based boutique. Production lead times are subject to availability, with estimate lead times provided under each design via the on-line store.

Yes from time to time, Viktoria does have pre-made couture headpieces listed as "Buy Now" which are available for immediate purchase and express delivery. These designs have also been exclusively handmade by Viktoria

Do you have any "one-off bespoke" headpieces to choose from that do not feature on your website?

Yes, due to the fast turn around, some "one-off bespoke" headpieces may not feature on our website. We therefore, recommend that you book an appointment with us to view our entire collection in person.

Can I order my own "bespoke" headpiece?

Do you have "ready to buy" bridal headpieces available for immediate purchase?

Yes, we have a beautiful exclusive range of ready to wear bridal and special occasional headpieces to select from. Our ready to wear collection is generally available for immediate postage/shipping to local, interstate and international clients. Does Viktoria Novak hire/loan headpieces?

Sorry our headpieces are not available for hire/loan.

Do you charge a consultation fee?

Personalised consultations are charged at $55 per hour. Should you proceed with a headpiece purchase or custom order at the time of your consultation, your consultation fee will be deducted from your overall invoice/total sale. To ensure that you make the most from your consultation we highly recommend that you put together a collection of images of our designs that you find appealing. This is to assist us to understand your likes and dislikes. Our service to you includes industry expert styling advice, where you will be asked questions about your gown, hair style and any other accessories. Additional consultations will also incur a fee of $55 per hour, with the exclusion of pick-up..

I don't have an appointment, can I just browse?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate browsers. To maintain a high level of quality and service, we work by appointment. This allows us to divide our time accordingly between consultations and working on our designs.

Can I bring family/friends to my appointment?

We welcome you to bring family and friends with you. We kindly ask that you keep numbers to 3 maximum, as our consultation area is small and intimate.

Cancellation Policy

Our policy requires that you give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. This will allow us to make the appointment time available to others. This also ensures that our boutique does not incur the costs associated with No Shows or Late Cancellations. If you do not attend a booked appointment, we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $55. However, as long as you contact us within 48 hours you will not incur a cancellation fee.

Can I order a headpiece / crown if I live interstate or overseas?

Yes, Viktoria Novak works with clients around Australia and selected countries internationally. You are welcome to order and purchase directly from our on-line store or by contacting our boutique on +61 2 9698 6000.


Viktoria Novak accepts deposits and final payments via cash, direct transfer, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard. Credit card and Pay Pal payments are also accepted for local, interstate and international clients via our on-line boutique store. No cheques are accepted.

Is GST already part of the price?

Yes, GST is already included in the price of each item. It will be itemised on your invoice for your own records


Please choose carefully as our designs are handmade designer items. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you simply change your mind.
If you wish to return items due to perceived faults or damage, Viktoria Novak will request that the item be returned (at the customer’s cost) to assess the item and determine whether the fault or damage was caused in the manufacture of the item.
If a manufacturing fault is found, Viktoria Novak will repair, replace or refund the item.
If Viktoria Novak determines that the damage has been caused intentionally or from mistreatment, no refunds will be given. The customer has the option to request Viktoria Novak to repair the item, all repairs will be at the customers cost.
If a customer is entitled to a refund, this will occur within 14 business days of Viktoria Novak receiving that notice.

Please note that in interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept exchanges/returns of, or refunds on pierced earrings.
