All orders within Australia are posted via Australia Post (express post with signature on delivery and extra cover).
Postage time may vary depending on your location, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery, however express post in most major capital cities around Australia should occur next day delivery.
Australia Post flat rate postage costs (headpieces/crowns): $27.50 per box. Each headpiece/crown is packaged inside a Viktoria Novak keep safe box.
Australia Post flat rate postage costs (jewellery): $10 per box/satchel.
Viktoria Novak Design Pty Ltd is unable to control the delivery time of your parcel. Australia Post is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave you an “Awaiting Collection Card” to notify you that your parcel is available for collection at your nearest Australia Post Office as determined by the driver.
International shipping flat rate postage costs (headpieces/crowns): $99.00 per box. Each headpiece/crown is packaged inside a Viktoria Novak keep safe box.
Shipping is via Australia Post or third party courier. Deliveries may be sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.
Under some special circumstances, Australia Post may replace courier deliveries upon customer request. Please allow up to 21 business days for receipt of items depending on your location (please note items can take longer if they are subject to Customs delays).

Other Information (Australia and International Shipping):
All orders require a signature upon receipt so please have items shipped to a location you will be present (i.e. residential premises or business address) between 8am and 5pm. Please note we are unable to ship to international PO Boxes.

Out Of Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email within 2 – 3 business days and inform you of the expected delivery if the product is not already noted as 'out of stock' on the website.
